Lord Charley'S Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 oz. dried onion flakes
20 oz. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. half and half
1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 oz. butter
2 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Combine water, onion flakes and spinach and bring to a boil. Cook until spinach is thawed.
Drain and set aside.
