Tab-Boo-Leh(Parsley And Wheat Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches parsley, chopped fine
    5 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped fine
    1 bunch scallions, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. fine grain wheat, soaked in water for 1/2 hour
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in deep bowl.
    Toss together and serve with Pita bread.
    Add more lemon juice, if desired.
    Serves 4.
