Creamed Mushrooms(Recipe For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry cream of mushroom soup mix
    2 c. water
    4 c. fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. diet margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Add soup mix to water; boil gently, stirring now and then, for about 10 minutes.
    Saute mushrooms in margarine in large skillet until browned on all sides.
    Pour soup and lemon juice over mushrooms.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Yields 6 cups.
