Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour, unsifted
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. warm milk
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 eggs
    5 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Crumble
    flour
    and shortening.
    Mix and add warm milk, yeast, eggs
    and sugar.
    Mix dough with wooden spoon or until dough doesn't
    stick
    to
    bowl.
    Chill in refrigerator 3 or 4 hours. Divide
    dough into 4 parts.
    Roll each into rectangle, fill
    and fold
    the
    edges
    over and seal (don't let edges of rolls touch when baking).
    Let rise in warm place for 30 or 40 minutes.
    Bake at
    350\u00b0
    for 15 to 20 minutes, or until light brown.
    Drizzle with powdered sugar icing, if desired.
