Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. sausage
    4 to 5 lb. pork roast
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 small bottle hot ketchup
    1 small bottle Carolina Treat barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Cook roast and cut up fine.
    Saute beef, sausage and onions for a few minutes.
    Mix all meat together.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
    Simmer for 2 hours.
    Stir frequently during cooking time.
