Oatmeal Flatbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. uncooked oatmeal
2 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1 1/3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and chill overnight.
Divide dough into egg-sized balls and roll into very, very thin sheets on a flour-covered pastry cloth.
Transfer to cookie sheets and bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until light tan.
It does not need to be turned over. Store in closed container to keep dry.
Serve with butter.
