Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) bags frozen Ore-Ida hash browns
    1 can chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 stick butter, melted
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in large baking dish.
    Add topping of 2 cups crushed cornflakes and melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
