Squash And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. cooked squash
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 stick butter
    1 tsp. bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 slices white bread, cubed
Preparation
    Mix together the eggs and squash.
    Combine with flour, butter, bell pepper, onion, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, 3/4 cup cheese and bread.
    Place mixture in greased casserole and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with remaining cheese and the cracker crumbs; bake 20 minutes longer.
