Sunday Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. roast
    10 small carrots
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    4 small onions
    10 small potatoes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown roast well on both sides.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Add one cup water, Worcestershire sauce and onions.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 2 hours.
    Add carrots and potatoes and bake until veggies are done (30 to 45 minutes) at 300\u00b0.
    Make gravy from juice.
