Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped chicken
    2 c. pineapple tidbits
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped apples
    2 c. seedless grapes
    2 c. mandarin oranges
    1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Toss with mayonnaise (or sour cream), salt and pepper.
    Chill and serve with crackers.
    Makes 20 servings.
