Quick Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. self-rising flour*
    1 1/2 c. non-fat dry milk
    1 1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix flour and dry milk together in a large bowl.
    Cut shortening into flour mixture with two knives or a pastry blender or food processor until mixture resembles small peas.
    Store the quick mix at room temperature in clean dry jars or plastic containers with well fitting lids.
    Keep tightly covered.
