Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
7 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1 extra large deep dish pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients and pour in pie shell.
Cook 1 hour.
Makes 8 servings.
