Grammy'S Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt (level)
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg

Preparation

Beat all ingredients well. Preheat oven to 475\u00b0. In muffin tin, add 1/4 teaspoon cooking oil and put in oven until hot. Take pan out of oven and put mix in the tin. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
