Thirty Minute Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 packages yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
4 or 5 c. plain flour, sifted
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, salt, margarine and heat until lukewarm. Combine yeast and flour and add to water.
Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic.
Put into greased oven proof container.
Cover with a lid or foil.
Turn oven on at 425\u00b0 for ONE MINUTE and TURN OFF!!
Put container in oven for 15 minutes. Remove and shape as desired.
Can be baked immediately or let set for 30 minutes.
Bake at
350\u00b0.
