Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix together and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Then frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
