Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Butter Recipe yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. German chocolate, grated
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix together pudding, cake mix, eggs, oil, water and sour cream for 3 minutes. Fold in grated German chocolate and chocolate chips. Bake in Bundt pan 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
