Country Ham Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 heaping c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. finely minced country ham (uncooked)
1/2 c. plain flour
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

With fingertips, mix cheese, ham, flour, butter and enough water to make a stiff dough.
Roll dough into small balls.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet; bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
Can be made ahead and frozen until ready to bake.
