Veal Scalloppine Al Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 veal scallops
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Coat scallops, pounded thin, with a mixture of 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper to taste.
    Melt butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and cook until softened.
    Add veal and brown on both sides.
    Remove veal and place in shallow baking pan.
    Add 1 tablespoon butter to pan and brown mushrooms.
    Add wine and bring to boil.
    Simmer 2 minutes.
    Pour over veal.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 2 to 3.
