Spinach Madeline - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. canned milk
    1/2 c. spinach juice
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    6 oz. roll Jalapeno cheese, chopped
    1 tsp. Worcestershir sauce
    Bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain and save the juice.
    Melt butter and make a white sauce.
    Add onion and liquid, stirring constantly.
    Cook until smooth and thick.
    Add seasoning and chopped cheese.
    Pour cooked spinach into the sauce.
    Put into a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
