Ardith'S Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chuck, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 can or 1 lb. tomatoes
    1 medium green pepper
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in margarine.
    Add onion, celery, pepper, tomatoes and 1 cup water.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour and 15 minutes on low heat.
    Mix cornstarch and 1 cup water.
    Stir in with rest of ingredients.
    Cook until slightly thickened.
    Serve on rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
