2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer
1/2 tsp. Italian dressing
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Make a paste of ingredients and spread evenly over cut up chicken, skin side up.
Bake in low side pan, pieces not touching, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
