Chicken Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1 c. seedless white grapes, halved
    1 c. mandarin oranges
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. herb salad dressing mix (Hidden Valley Ranch)
    1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
    lettuce
Preparation
    Mix chicken, celery, grapes and orange sections.
    Chill while you pare the dressing.
    Mix together other ingredients; pour over chicken and fruit.
    Mix well.
    Cover; let chill for several hours (the longer the better).
    Serve on lettuce, sprinkling top with almonds.
    Serves 8.
