Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh or frozen salmon steaks (1 inch thick)
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
Preparation
    Thaw fish, if frozen; place in shallow dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish.
    Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours or chill for 4 to 6 hours, turning steaks occasionally.
    Drain, reserving marinade.
