Apple-Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. finely diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Sift the first 6 ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the oil, eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Add the apples and chopped nuts; mix. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with the butterscotch chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
