Buttered Rice And Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
2 green peppers
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. butter
parsley
Preparation
-
Wash and soak rice.
Place in shallow pan.
Add water and salt.
Let stand, covered, on stove over low heat, for 15 minutes. Add chopped peppers and melted butter to the hot rice.
Toss lightly with fork and add parsley.
