Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
4 c. water
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
1 c. thinly sliced carrot
3 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon granules
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a large saucepan, brown ground beef and onion until onion is tender.
Drain off excess fat.
Add water, undrained tomatoes, corn, green beans, carrot, bouillon, parsley, basil, oregano and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes approximately 6 servings.
