Tuna Stuffed Tomato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 1/2 oz. can tuna in water
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Drain and flake tuna.
Dice and add eggs.
Add mustard, Miracle Whip, relish and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well. With a sharp knife, remove stem end of tomatoes and cut from the top to within 1/2-inch of bottom, creating 6-inch petals.
Place lettuce leaves on small plates; center with tomato.
Fill with tuna salad.
Garnish with stuffed olives.
