Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. peeled, grated zucchini squash
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes a larger cake.
Can be baked in 3 (8-inch) square pans or a long pan. Bake about 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
