Cabbage Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    2 c. bread crumbs
    4 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Boil cabbage 5 minutes and drain.
    Melt 2 teaspoons margarine and add flour.
    Mix until smooth and add milk.
    Cook until smooth. Alternate 1 layer of cabbage, cheese and white sauce in greased casserole dish until all used.
    Melt 4 teaspoons margarine; add to bread crumbs and top.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
