Barbecued Smoked Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. brisket
celery salt
garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
3 oz. liquid smoke
onion salt
Worcestershire sauce
bottled barbecue sauce
Preparation
-
Sprinkle brisket with celery, onion and garlic salt.
Pour liquid smoke over brisket.
Cover and refrigerate (overnight is best).
