Southwestern Cowpoke Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 jalapenos, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 lb. lean beef
    2 tsp. cumin seed
    1 tsp. oregano
    4 cases cold beef
    2 large roadrunners
Preparation
    Saute jalapenos, beef, onions and garlic until meat loses red color.
    Add remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until you've finished the first case of beer.
