Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. blackberry jam
Preparation

Cream sugar, oil and egg, then add flour with milk.
Blend well.
Add jam by folding in gently.
Bake in two 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0.
When done, spread extra jam between layers.
