Brie Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Brie, at room temperature
    1 c. unsalted butter, at room temperature (2 sticks)
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine cheese and butter in a food processor and process until creamy.
    Add flour, cayenne, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Mix, pushing on and off until a very soft dough forms.
    Transfer the dough to a plate and shape into a log about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
    Wrap tightly in plastic and refrigerate overnight.
