Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Scald one cup of the cream in a double boiler.
    Mix egg yolks, spices, flour, sugar and remaining cream and add slowly to the hot mixture.
    Cook fifteen minutes.
    Add raisins and vanilla.
    When partly cooled, pour into a baked crust.
    Cover with meringue made from stiffly beaten egg whites and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Brown in a slow oven (300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0).
    Try one sometimes.
