Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes and cut a thin slice off top.
    Scoop out potato and add all ingredients to the scooped out potato (except 1/4 cup cheese and paprika).
    Mix together and spoon back into potato shells.
    Top with cheese and paprika.
    Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
