Old-Fashion Cooked Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
2/3 canned milk
1/2 c. Crisco, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

Preparation

Combine sugar, cocoa and melted Crisco.
Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat with mixer until creamy. Frost cooled cake.
