Easy Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced apples
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 egg, beaten or 2 egg whites or egg substitute equivalent to 1 egg
    1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine apples and sugar in a mixing bowl.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Blend oil, vanilla and egg with the apples.
    Combine dry ingredients and mix in well.
    Stir in raisins.
    Pour into greased 8-inch square cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Yield: 9 servings, about 290 calories per serving.
