Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pkg. shredded cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    3/4 pkg. wide noodles
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 layer Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil, skin and bone chicken.
    Cut in 1-inch pieces.
    Cook noodles according to directions.
    Mix all ingredients together except crackers; put into a casserole dish and add a layer of Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
