Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked broccoli (frozen or fresh, including stems if fresh), chopped in pieces
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix everything, except the cheese, in a large bowl.
    Put in an oiled (with butter or olive oil) 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Put cheese on top.
    Cook, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. This is good the next day, warmed up.
