Pan Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. ground up pork
    4 Tbsp. red pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    4 1/2 Tbsp. sage
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. Freeze in 1 pound packages.
