Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    In a bowl, place flour and make a well.
    Drop remaining ingredients into well (a drop or 2 of yellow food coloring may be added to milk for more color).
    Mix with fork, then fingers, until it forms a very stiff dough.
    Roll out on floured surface until very thin.
    Let stand 20 minutes; cut as you desire, then spread noodles out and use or let dry for 2 hours.
