Mandarin And Pineapple Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange jello
    2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Make jello according to package directions and when it starts to set, add oranges and pineapple.
    Pour into oiled mold and refrigerate until set.
    When ready to serve, unmold on bed of red lettuce leaves and garnish with fresh mint.
