Spinach Party Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
    1/2 c. mayo
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with firm crackers.
