Joel'S Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/4 c. margarine, very soft
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 c. self-rising flour, sifted
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine shortening and margarine, sugar and egg; add to yeast.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Cover bowl with a damp towel or plastic wrap and place in refrigerator.
    When ready to use, stir dough down and fill greased muffin tins half full.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, or you can cut them out.
