Pasta Salad With Tuna And Snow Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh snow peas
1 can tuna (water pack)
10 oz. fusilli, cooked and drained
1/4 tsp. dill
pepper
4 to 5 scallions, trimmed
2 Tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. nonfat yogurt
1/4 tsp. dried mustard
Preparation

Blanch snow peas 45 seconds in boiled, salted water.
Drain and refresh under cold running water.
Cut diagonal into 1/2-inch pieces and set aside.
Chop scallions finely.
Put tuna in large bowl and flake with fork.
Add snow peas, scallions, pasta and toss.
Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard and dill.
Add pasta mixture and toss well.
The mayonnaise mixture will be barely visible.
Add black pepper to taste.
Refrigerate approximately 1 hour before serving.
