Crawfish Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped shallot tops
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 can cream of shrimp soup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Creole seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 lb. crawfish tails
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 can chopped tomatoes and green chilies
1 prepared pie crust for top and bottom
Preparation

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
Add shallot tops and parsley.
Add soup, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add crawfish and cook for 20 minutes.
Add rice; mix and set aside.
