Rum Pudding Pie With Coconut Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. coconut
    2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size)
    1/2 c. rum
    3 1/2 c. Cool Whip (8 oz. size)
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix butter with 2 2/3 cups coconut.
    Press in 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
    Cool.
