Margaret Mundahl'S Norwegian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground, round steak (do not use hamburger)
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 c. dry breadcrumbs
    1/2 tsp. pepper (preferably white pepper)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    3/4 tsp. salt (or less)
    1/2 to 1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Soak breadcrumbs in milk.
    Add beaten egg and seasonings; mix well with raw meat.
    Form into balls (about the size of 1 tablespoon measure) and brown in skillet.
