Jb'S Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 qt. (32 cups) air popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. margarine
1/2 c. light corn syrup
Preparation

Put popped corn in a very large kettle (like a water bath kettle). Bring sugar, margarine and syrup to a boil in a very heavy pan. Pour over popped corn. Mix well. Spread mixture on cookie sheets and bake at 200 degrees until dry (about 2 - 2 1/2 hours). Enjoy!
