Salmon Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pink salmon
1 egg
1/3 c. minced onion
1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Drain salmon.
Set aside 2 tablespoons of juice.
In mixing bowl, mix salmon, egg and onion.
Mixture will be sticky.
Stir in flour.
Add baking powder to juice.
Form into small patties. Roll in flour and fry in hot oil about five minutes or until golden brown.
